This is the larger of the two bedrooms on
the main floor. It has two twin beds and a beautiful view of the
river. The door goes out to a small deck on the back of the
cottage. This is one of the best places in the world to view the
summertime stars.
This is the smaller of the two bedrooms on the
main floor. It has queen size bed and is located on the front side
of the house. This small but cozy bedroom is close to the bathroom
and kitchen. There is nothing better than the cool river breeze
blowing through the windows during a warm summer night.
This is the Kitchen and the main entry door to the
cottage. This kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances to
prepare any meal. I can still smell the deep fried pearch and french
fries. Yum!!
This cozy living room is decorated in sort of a
rustic fashion, displaying ducks and rifles. The notty pine woodwork
is absolutely beautiful. The TV and DVD/VCR combo can provide some
evening entertainment. (Although I always preferred the friendly
game of cards, usually Liverpool Rummy
or Wizard.)
This dining room has an unbelievable view of the
river and the islands just to the north.
The spacious upstairs bedroom includes the queen
sized bed pictured above left as well as the twin beds to the right.
The room can be divided with a movable dividing wall if
needed.
